This page explains how Pedd (pedd.cc) handles information while providing remote computer repair services.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide (WeChat ID or email) for communication and delivery;
- Repair details: computer model, system version and your description of the fault;
- Payments run through WeChat Pay or Alipay — we never touch or store your bank card details.
Boundaries during remote sessions
- Sessions are screen-recorded, and you can watch or disconnect at any time;
- We only touch what the repair requires — never banking, crypto or social accounts;
- Unless a data recovery job requires it, we do not copy or share your personal files.
Use and retention
Your contact details are used only for this service and follow-up, never for marketing, never sold or shared. Chat and ticket records are kept for dispute handling and review, then deleted when no longer needed.
Website data
Server logs record anonymous access data (IP, time, pages) for security and traffic statistics only, not linked to your identity.
