How the flow protects you
- Describe the problem and get a free diagnosis;
- We quote a fixed price, and only start after you confirm;
- You pay after the repair is done and verified — no prepayment.
When you pay nothing
- Diagnosis shows the issue cannot be fixed or the data cannot be recovered;
- You decide not to proceed after the quote;
- The repair does not hold up and the problem is not solved.
Because payment happens after verification, refund situations rarely occur in practice: if it is not fixed, we never reach the payment step.
