What Pedd is
Pedd (pedd.cc) is a remote computer repair service built for Chinese speakers living abroad — international students, workers and families across North America, Europe and Australia. We focus on three services: Windows reinstall, troubleshooting for common failures (blue screen, no boot, Wi-Fi drops, virus and popup issues), and data recovery for deleted files or damaged partitions.
How the service works
Everything is done remotely: no shipping your laptop, no queueing at a repair shop. After we agree on a time, we connect through a remote tool. The whole session is screen-recorded, and you can watch the screen and disconnect at any time. We only touch what the repair requires — never your banking, crypto or social accounts.
Language and hours
We work in Chinese or English, 24/7 across major time zones — night in Toronto or Vancouver is daytime here. Describe your problem and you get a diagnosis plan within 30 minutes.
Pricing and promises
Windows reinstall from $9.9, troubleshooting from $19.9, data recovery from $49.9. Fixed quote before we start, and no fix means no fee. We accept WeChat Pay and Alipay, and you pay only after the fix is verified.
